AI Integration (Beta)

Sage XRT Solution now integrates AI, in the form of a Chatbot, available on the Help Center.

From the site https://sxa-onlinehelp.sage.com, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the pages.

Ask your question in the conversation window. The Chatbot searches the Help Center content to provide you with an answer.

Platform

New Counterparty Category

You can now create and manage Counterparty Categories. This new entity enables you to organize the counterparties within Payment and Debts & Investments modules.

You can define who is authorized to access, modify or delete the info. of each category.

User Defined Fields in modules

User Defined Fields linked to database parameters (Account, Counterparty, etc.) are now displayed directly in module grids.

Rearranged Security Policies

There are now two types of Security Policies:

  • Data-related policy

  • Function-related policy

Two separate entries have been added to the Users menu of the Administration module.

If you have defined a security policy in the previous version (for example ALL RIGHTS), it has been automatically divided in two for version 2024:

  • the security policy for data (ALL RIGHTS_Sby)

  • the security policy for functions (ALL RIGHTS)

Security on Debit and Credit Accounts

Additional security measures have been implemented for the accounts used in Treasury Transfers. You can define precisely who is authorized to credit or debit these accounts.

Default Activation for Option: Use for Treasury transfer

The Use for Treasury transfer option is now active by default upon all bank account creations.

Payment

Modification of Flows’ Transaction Dates and Value Dates

You can adapt the dates associated with the cash flows resulting from your transactions (Treasury Payments and Transfers). When a transaction is processed in Payment module, you can modify the Transaction Date and Value Date.

Transmission of User Reference as Transaction Description

For each transaction type (SEPA Payments, Treasury Transfers or Direct Debits), you can transmit to the bank a transaction description taking up a user reference.

This piece of information then appears in the <EndToEndId> tag of the bank file.

New Option: Centralized Mode

A new centralization method for payments enables you to group transactions according to the following:

  • One or more issuing companies

  • Same bank

  • Same bank branch

  • Different accounts

To use this mode, in Administration module, select the menu Configuration — Global Application Settings, and enable the option Use DTS service in central mode in the element Module: Cash.

Debts & Investments

Generation and Deletion of Batch Flows

You can now generate and delete in a single action the flows of several transactions of Debts & Investments module. You can select several transactions from a same category, the management remains the same.

Adaptation of Data in Schedule

For each transaction subcategory, the display of data in the schedule has been improved.

Grid of Mutual Funds Rates

For more legibility, the Currency Code is now displayed for all mutual funds in the MF Rate grid.

WAUP Method for Mutual Funds

You can now use the WAUP method (Weighted Average Unit Price) to calculate the sale results of MF. This new calculation mode must be activated in the menu Setup - Module Specific — MF Result Valuation Method of Debts & Investments module.

New Columns in Portlet Reports

New pieces of information are available in the Outstanding, Balance Sheet Note, Fin./Inv. Line, Accrued Interests portlet reports:

  • Description, Reference and Report Currency columns

  • And potentially, new fields for filters (Status)

New Structure for Balance Sheet Note

Originally, this portlet report presents, up to date, the outstanding, the paid interests of the transaction and, by period, the amortizations.

From this version on, the report presents up to date and for each period, the outstanding, the paid interests of the transaction, the amortizations and the interests.
