Chatbot (Beta)

Procedure

Our Chatbot is a beta version. It provides automatic answers to your questions on the Sage XRT Solution platform usage.

These answers are based on the documentation on the Help Center for Sage XRT Solution and on the corrections made to the Chatbot, and the whole is designed and supervised by the technical authoring team of Sage XRT Solution.

Like all AI-based applications, our Chatbot is continuously learning and the technical authoring team looks after its training.

Warnings

The Chatbot‘s answers might be vague or contain errors. We do our best to correct this.

Protect your personal data, do not enter data which could lead to your identification one way or another. We do not collect personal data.

Tips

Keep it simple: make short and precise questions.

To refine the Chatbot‘s answer, try these tips:

  • Ask a second question.

  • Let it know that you did not understand.

  • Tell it if it is mistaken or confusing terms.

Thus, the Chatbot will consider your indications and offer you an appropriate answer.
