Transaction Analysis
The module offers four portlet reports: Outstanding, Net Treasury, Balance Sheet Notes and Accrued Interests. They enable measurement and decision-making for active transactions.
You can generate portlet reports from Analysis - Portlets of the module.
To customize these reports, fill in the Filter settings and View settings tabs.
The results are dynamically displayed at the bottom of the window within a basic grid with the Default display option or within the viewer with the Report option.
Your data are displayed within the default grid, but you may also choose the Graph representation in the View settings tab.
The categories Set of elements which is used for breakdown or grouping flows, budget codes and transactions. and subcategories of the Filter settings tab, just like the dimensions
Type of data on which the display of information is based within a table. of the View settings tab constitute levels of grouping for data and facilitate their analysis.

The Outstanding report presents the total and aggregate financing and investment amount recognized on a given date and not yet repaid.
By assigning one or more analysis Dimensions to the graph, it is possible to know, for example, the distribution of Debts & Investments transactions by rate type or by currency Medium of exchange in current use within a particular country..

Net Treasury is an instrument for measuring financial stability. It can be used as a barometer on the financial strength of the company as it is reflecting the available liquidity, i.e. the amounts of money that can be mobilized in the short term.
The Net Treasury report presents the bank positions, the interco. positions, the financing, the investments, and allows different levels of availability.
The following information is listed, by groupings:
- Bank Position: Overdraft limit + Balances of bank accounts linked to the request
- Financing / Investments position: Credit limit – Financing outstanding + Investments outstanding
- Interco. Position: Overdraft limit + Balances of bank accounts linked to the request
- Immediate Availability: Bank availability + Credit limit – Financing outstanding
- Theoretical Availability: Bank availability + Financing / Investments position + Interco. position
- Real Availability: Bank balances – Financing outstanding + Investments outstanding + Interco. balances

This report consolidates all subcategories within the module, presenting the amount, current outstanding balance as of the reporting date, interest payable, and any related repayments and accrued interest.
The Balance Sheet Notes report also provides the ability to view upcoming cash inflows and outflows: you define time periods for future repayments and interest, and the report displays the corresponding forecasted amounts.

This report allows you to list, as of a specific date or over a defined period, all interest amounts, to receive and to pay, whether accrued, due, or prepaid.
The Accrued Interests report provides the ability to view the details of the renegotiated transactions.
