Movable Leasing

Debts & Investments module enables you to set up financial instruments. Among them, movable leases include Fixed AmortizationClosed Periodic repayment on a loan whose principal amount is the same for each annuity. and Fixed AnnuityClosed Periodic repayment on a loan for which the sum of the interests and the principal is the same one. with variable rate, plus the separation of the rent flows.

Input

  1. To enter this financing type, select Movable Leasing from the Entities menu of Debts & Investments module.

    The list of the potential transactions appears.

  2. Click the Create button.

    In the form which opens, the information to be entered is grouped in dedicated tabs.

  3. Complete the tabs considering the following elements.

Some tabs are specific to one instrument, you can find more detail on the general tabs in the topic Overview.

Calculation Modes

These are: Annuity with fixed rate, Fixed Amortization and Fixed Annuity with Variable Rate.

In the Rent tab, you can select Fixed Amortization as calculation mode.

You can also use Fixed Annuity with Variable Rate.

In the Rent tab, select Fixed Annuity with Variable Rate from the dropdown menu of the mandatory Calculation Mode option.

Separating Rent Flows

For accountancy reasons, you can generate the rent flows while separating the principal part from the interest part.

To do so, go to the Transaction Type submenu in the Setup – Module specific menu. In the General tab of the creation form, activate the Display separate Rent Flows option.

Then, in the Cash Flows tab, specify a Flow Code.

Once the transaction has been generated, you can view the separated flows.
