Defining Conditions for Filters

Defining conditions enables you to optimize the display of your data in the filters.

Generally speaking, conditions consist of data categories, operators and values.

You can create these conditions in the form dedicated to filter creation.

The window which opens up, presents the relational tree view i.e. the structure of data categories for the current module. All the categories, called properties, together with their relationships are registered.

For optimal personalization, you can define combos of conditions.

If you create several conditions, they are automatically combined with the logical operator AND: for the data to be filtered all conditions must be met.

You can modify this logical operator OR: only one condition must be met for the data to be filtered. To do so, place your cursor on the three points at the beginning of the line and drag and drop the condition on an other one, x1 appears under OR Group.

Select a logical operator to link two elements in the same condition. These operators depend on the format of the condition.

Once you completed a line of condition, this condition is used to automatically sort the list displayed under the form.

By default, Conditions are affirmative.

When the condition can be negative, the corresponding option can be accessed in front of the operator: simply click the field before it to see the No pink label.
