Sage XRT Advanced 3.1
Platform
"X Eyes” implementation
The X Eyes (or 4 Eyes) rule is a principle for applying process management based on collective decision-making. The validation of a process is subject to an approval workflow requiring two or more stakeholders.
In Sage XRT Advanced, a process can be seen as a feature, such as creating and managing a transaction (payment, cash transfer, etc.) or creating and managing setup entities (company, bank account, counterparty account, etc.). Stakeholders are users or a group of users (User role).
Sage XRT Advanced provides the ability to define an approval workflow for one or more processes. You can apply a condition to this workflow (for example, a cash transfer must be validated by User A if the amount ≧ 10,000 euros).
