Platform
Alerts
Sage XRT Advanced enables you to send notifications and/or e-mails to inform users or user groups about a specific event.
Events are qualified by the definition of one or multiple conditions in Entity Condition. As soon as the conditions are met, an alert is automatically triggered from the Sage XRT Advanced platform.
The form and content of the notifications can be customized.

Planned Restriction Policies (Cut-off time)
In Sage XRT Advanced, it is possible to define time slots during which actions can be allowed or prohibited.
This feature allows, in particular, the management of internal or bank’s cut-off time.
Bank statements ignored by the import process
You can now choose to ignore the import of bank statements in the following contexts:
for accounts not used in the module,
for accounts that are absent from the setup.
The check will be performed when posting entries to modules.
To enable these options, go to Administration – Configuration – Global Application Settings. The options are both disabled by default.
To enable control of these options, two new statuses have been added at the report and module levels:
Ignored for module (accounts are not used in the module)
Ignored for absent accounts (accounts do not exist in the setup)
A new KPI per module is added in the import status portlet: Ign. Stat. [Module name]. This KPI displays the number of statements that have either of the two statuses.
Example for the Cash module: Ign. Stat. Cash
Example for the Reconciliation module: Ign. Stat. Rec
Filtering data to import
When processing the import through a structure defined in Sage XRT Advanced, data can be ignored according to specified conditions.
The Ignore option is added to the list of available policies in the structure Prefiltering tab.
The Ign entities KPI displays the number of ignored elements in each file.
