The Cash dashboard provides an optimum real-time vision of the company's treasury. It includes the following three major daily tasks:
- Bank Statements Import
- Operational treasury tasks
- Position and liquidity analysis
The dashboard is a key element, providing accurate real-time cash position monitoring.
Bank Import
The Bank Import portlet manages the entire bank statement import process.
Info
The Rejected Bank Entries function offers a counter showing the number of rejected entries directly on the portlet page.
Treasury
The Treasury portlet manages flows related to importing bank statements, and allows analyzing and updating cash positions.
It offers various tasks, including Ledger, Cash Position Worksheet, Calculate Premiums and Claim Letter.
Transactions
The Transactions portlet manages balancing flows as well as interco. payment transactions.
The Financing and Investing Transactions are available from the Financial Transactions dashboard.
Forecast Import
The Forecast Import portlet manages the entire forecast flow import process.
It consists of two parts:
- Import Cash Entries
- Rejected Cash Entries
Market Rates & Interest Rates by index
The Market Rates & Rates by Index portlet displays an exchange rate graph and a money market rate graph, based on the rates set up in the module.
Bank Analysis
The Bank Analysis portlet manages all the reports available to analyze bank statement imports.
For instance, it offers Bank Balances Report and Bank Statistics by Entity Report.
Cash Analysis
The Cash Analysis portlet manages all the reports available to analyze flows and positions.
This portlet offers reports such as Cash Ledger, Balancing Ledger, Available Balances and Bank Analysis showing the liquidity status.
