Internal Validation

You can access Signature service into Payment module. The Signature submenu displays all the files requiring your actual or internal signature.

To apply internal signatureClosed Secure validation process used within a company as an optional step before the actual signature., you need to select the file through the check box in front of it and click Sign in the Actions dropdown menu on top of the grid.

The Signature column of the Files to sign grid specifies the signature type: Actual or Internal. For more information on this grid, see the topic: Files to Sign.

After validating the confirmation message, you can enter your password.

The file does not appear any more in the Files to sign grid.

According to your signature contract, there are two options for the signed file:

  • It is transmitted to the communication service with the status Available for sending, you can view it in the Archives tab,

  • Or it remains in the Files to sign grid for actual signature.
