Actual signature

You can access Signature service into Payment module. The Signature submenu displays all the files requiring your actual or internal signature.

To apply actual signature Electronic signature of bank files before their transfer., you need to select the file through the check box in front of it and click Sign in the Actions dropdown menu on top of the grid.

The file does not appear any more in the Files to sign grid.

According to your signature contract, the signed file is then transmitted to the communication service with the status Available for sending, you can view it in the Archives tab.
