Signatures

The Signature service proposes two tools:

• The Actual Signature corresponds to the electronic signature Mechanism ensuring the integrity of a digital document and the authentication of its author. before transmission to the bank.

• The Internal Signature corresponds to a validation step inside the company and reserved to executives.

Lifecycle

The very first phase of the Signature service consists in preparing files, i.e. checking the data and their compliance with banking standards and formats.

If there is an error in the format, the file is rejected.

The compliant file appears in the grid of the files to sign.

For the files associated with it, the signature contract defines the next steps of the signature cycle. The contract specifies the certificate and the automation of the post-signature transmission. The management of the signature contracts is linked to specific rights.
