Import/Export Structure
The generation of a file depends on the structure it is associated with.
The creation form for Import and Export structures is available from Administration module of the Sage XRT Solution platform.
In the General Information tab, you must specify the use of the structure (Import, Export , or Both), the module entity to link to this structure, and set its various characteristics and the formats to be used.
The Fields tab allows you to design your file structure.

- The fields in the composition of the structure are directly derived from the entity associated with the selected module.
- You can assign part of a field to a destination field, when the resulting field value is a condition. This avoids the use of a correspondence table.
- The structure’s name is shown for selection in the Transaction Grid and in the Cash Ledger.
