Module Audit

The Audit function enables you to check all the actions performed on every element created in Debts & Investments module.

Every action on an element including its creation, generates a numbered record called Revision.

The function enables you to view a revision and to compare two revisions with each other.

Access the Audit by selecting one or more elements in the relevant grid.

In the More dropdown menu, select Audit checked. A new page opens up.

To view the details of a version, click the icon at the beginning of the line. You can see the Audit Info as well as all the data in the tabs.

To compare two revisions with each other, select them and click the Compare button above the grid. A new page opens up with a two-column presentation: one column for each revision.

The color shows the data that have been modified.

So you can monitor and control the creations and modifications for each element created in Debts & Investments module.
